Comments: Seasors Flooring recently completed a couple of projects for us. First, they refinished our dark, cherry stained maple floors to natural. It is a night and day change and looks fabulous. They worked very efficiently, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job for the price and time frame quoted. It was not messy at all like I had anticipated! Since we were very pleased with the work on the hardwoods, we then had them replace all our basement carpet with luxury vinyl plank. Again, they completed the job quickly and for the price quoted. The price was very fair and competitive. We were impressed with the professionalism of the crew and even the finish work (the shoe molding). Scott was very open an honest about either repairing the damaged parts of the floor and lacing in new hardwood or replacing with LVP. He provided quotes for both jobs. I was impressed that he said he didnâ t think we should go with the hardwood option because it was just too expensive and financially didnâ t make sense. We decided to replace the entire first floor of our home since our home had several types of flooring and we wanted everything to flow better. The crew was exceptionally polite and very hard working! They tore out the entire first floor of my home which included the damaged hardwood floors, engineered hardwood and carpet and replaced it with beautiful waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. Choosing flooring can be a challenging process when you are trying to find flooring and a company to install the flooring. After consulting with Scott we decided to replace our entire 1st floor with Coretec Manila Oak LVP. We also replaced the carpet in two upstairs bedrooms. The installation team worked with precision from all aspects of the installation process. The entire process of moving furniture, appliances, demolition and installation was seamless. They were so efficient and completed the work in less than 2 days! The 1st day of installation also included the kitchen so we were never without being able to use our kitchen appliances. They are a well experienced crew and it shows. The LVP and new carpet looks amazing and we couldnâ t be happier with the new look. The LVP totally changed the dynamics of our 1st floor. Itâ s definitely a piece of mind for us to know that we have no more carpet on our 1st floor and now have the durability and beauty of LVP. The entire process was great. We had determined that new flooring throughout was going to be necessary to sell in a timely manner. I called Scott Seasor Flooring late on a Sunday night and left a message explaining my dilemma. Scott himself called first thing Monday morning, and drove across town to do the estimate before lunch. He understood our budget limitations and style demands, on this condo that desperately needed help. Scott made excellent suggestions to save money, while still looking first class, on this whole-house flooring flip. His crew showed up five minutes early on Thursday morning; they tore out everything old, and they were completely done with the install by 4pm. The guys did not hang around lollygagging or even take a lunch hour! They would not even let me pick up trash bits or run the sweeper after them; they insisted on doing it. (And with great care, I might add...the guy was meticulous making the sweeper marks line up on the carpet!) In the end, we had beautiful new floors at a price we could manage, the house showed BEAUTIFULLY, and sold at asking price to the first person who toured it. Excellent work Seasor Flooring! Comments: I contacted Scott on recommendation from neighbor as I was finalizing a deal with Tish flooring to install 2500 sq foot of engineered hardwood. Scott was easier to work with than Tish and saved me money to boot. I can be pretty particular but Scott took my feedback in stride and stayed positive throughout the project. I tend to negotiate costs on projects to point where I feel I'm getting a fair value and I felt that way with this transaction. Good: * constant communications and status updates * good install crew. * responsive to my concerns and feedback * fair pricing Not so Good * clean up after job was pretty cursory. I didn't make a fuss because I have other contractors in my house doing other work and I knew dust was still flying. If I was living there though I would have had to really clean the floors before moving stuff back in. I've seen this feedback from others as well on here.

Comments: I researched my flooring options and decided on Luxury Vinyl Planks called CORtec plus because it is waterproof and has 20ml wear layer. I then called Scott for an appointment to install LVP .I Did not tell him of my choice beforehand. Scott showed up with,guess what? CORtec plus samples. He explained LVP compared to laminate. He said he would never sell me anything he would not put in his own house. He put together a bid and we met again. I excepted it and did not get any other bids,which is unlike me. We moved the small things to the garage, round up the cats and went to a hotel. Scott has a 5 man crew with a total of 100 yrs experience. They worked 10:30 to 3:30 Monday and 9:00 to 3:30 Tuesday and they were done. 1200 sq ft installed with all furniture back exactly where it was. No mess whatsoever left behind. If you do not choose Seasors for your flooring needs you are doing yourself a disservice. As Scott says "no worries". Thanks again Scott.

The product was beautiful! We got quotes from several other folks. A handyman, a carpenter amongst other flooring professionals. I don't like the look of the transition t pieces between rooms. The other flooring guys, including the ones I spoke to at Home Depot, assured me that I had to have them. Not when you talk to a real professional! Seasor flooring laid beautiful flooring, without those transitions, in my laundry room, kitchen, dining area, living room and hallway. They were not the cheapest, but they were definitely the most cost effective for us! Our house is transformed! My husband loves it, I love it! Scott was attentive, added missing shoe molding around our kitchen cabinets! His team was delightful and funny! We bought a new home and on the day we did our final walk-through we realized just how bad the hardwood floors looked - the previous owners had rugs that caused huge discoloration spots. We closed on our house on a Wednesday and had movers hired to pack us up the following Wednesday -- so we had a tight window to get the floors done! We did the walk through at noon on a Wednesday. I contacted Scott for a bid around 1:30 pm. He was at the house by 5:30 and we had a handshake deal for his crew to get in and start the very next morning. The guys were totally done with the project by Saturday and on Sunday we could walk on our new floors. We had 1,600 square feet refinished and every inch is beautiful. It wasn't cheap but it was so worth it. It changed the entire feel and look of the house. We appreciated how quickly Scott acted given our tight deadline and with everything going on with the move it was nice to find someone who wasn't caught up in a contract but rather just acted on a handshake. Scott is definitely our "floor guy" now!

The stain was uneven and the color looked like blacktop. We found Seasor's on HomeAdvisor and Scott was able to come to our home that very same day. We decided to hire Seasor's to completely re-sand and refinish the floors that were done incorrectly by the other contractor. They completely refinished the floors in 3 days and we were able to stay at our home without a hotel stay. The finished project is beautiful. Wish we had found Seasor's first!
